Refund Policy

Event & Service Bookings

• All registrations, bookings, and service purchases are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

• Refunds may be considered only in cases where an event is cancelled by MotorSphere FZ-LLC.

Event Cancellation by MotorSphere

If an event or service is cancelled by us:

• Customers may receive a full refund or

• The amount may be credited for future use, at our discretion

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend an event or session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
